What is the Barbeclette?
The Barbeclette has been specially designed to melt (raclette) cheese on the barbecue. The melting plate is provided with a non-stick coating. With the spatula enclosed the melted cheese can be readily slid from the Barbeclette. 

How to use the Barbeclette?
When the Barbeclette is used for the first time, spread some salad oil or sunflower oil over the melting plate. Put the cheese on the melting plate and let the cheese melt on the barbecue. You may place the handle upright to prevent it from getting too hot. Do not leave the Barbeclette without cheese on the barbecue. 

How to clean the Barbeclette?
With hot water, a soft brush or cloth and some washing-up liquid. Do not use a scourer pad or other aggressive cleaning agents.
